You will be required to register with us before placing an order. You are provided with access to this Website in accordance with these Conditions and any orders placed by you will be strictly in accordance with these Conditions.

To register with moreyoga.net you must be over eighteen years of age. Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network. ORDERS AND ELECTRONIQUE CONTRACTING

We will take care to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website. Your order for products constitutes a contractual offer. No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure detailed below.  You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of instructions on the website and you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. You place the order on the website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from us. Once we have checked whether we are able to meet your order, we will either send you an order confirmation (at which point your order will become a binding contract) or we will confirm by email that we are unable to meet your order. When your product is dispatch we will send you a confirmation email. Non-acceptance of an order by us may be a result of one of the following 1) The product is not on stock. 2) Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment. 3)The identification of a pricing or product description error. 4) You do not meet the eligibility criteria to order set out in the main Terms & Conditions.

CONTRACT CANCELLATION

You may cancel a contract to purchase a product at any time within 7 days after the day you received the relevant products (subject to the limitations set out below). You will not have any such right insofar as a contract relates to:

a. the supply of any products which constitute audio or video recordings and books which have been unsealed by you;

b. the supply of goods made to your specifications or personalized.

If you cancel a contract on this basis, you must inform us in writing and return the products to us within 7 days after you receive the product, in the same condition in which you received them. Please ensure all labels are kept intact. Products returned by you within the 7 day period referred to above will be refunded in full within 20 days after we receive the returned product/s. You will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the product to us.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

We display the price of our goods on moreyoga.net website. We try to keep the website up to date and error free, however occasionally error in pricing may occur. In this case, we will contact you before accepting your order and inform you about the correct pricing. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges as set out in the shipping & delivery section of this website. Payment must be made upon the submission of your order. We may withhold the products and/or cancel the contract between us if the payment is not received from you in full. All payments are to be made via Paypal.

 In the event that the Goods that you order are not available, we might offer you with substitute goods of equivalent quality and price.

REFUSAL OF TRANSACTION

We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

If any provision of these (T&C) is found by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions which shall continue to have full force and effect.

Only the parties to these (T&C) may seek to enforce them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
