Return Policy

You can return the goods to us anytime up to 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. To enable us to process your returned goods please make sure the items are in a re-sellable condition, unused, unworn, and without any marks. Please also ensure all labels are kept intact. Regrettably we cannot refund any item until we receive it. If the item is valuable you may want to use an insured postal service, similar to the sort we use to send the products to you. The costs of returning the goods is with you. Please allow 20 days from sending your returned goods for us to process your refund or exchange.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at [email protected], or phone +34 620912727(Spain calls) +447766804508 (UK calls). We will make every reasonable effort to replace or credit the item as soon as possible. The costs of returning goods to us shall be supported by you unless the fault is with us (result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part). All returns should be made in the original packaging. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 20 days of us receiving your returned product. Please have your order number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail at hand. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. A copy of this documentation should be included with the returned product. The above will not apply in the event that the product has been used.
