Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all destinations. A signature is required upon receipt.

  • Shipping costs will be automatically calculated when checking out. Shipping costs for each order have the freight cost calculated on the weight of the garments within the order and the delivery address location.
  • Before you confirm your order the shopping bag will allow you to see how much your shipping charges will be. Please leave us a note during checkout if you have special requirement for delivery.
  • Please note that your package may be subject to additional postage fees by your local customs service (depending on the country of destination).
  • We will send you an email when your order is dispatched.
  • Shipping quotations for large quantities: please email or call us for large quantity delivery enquiries.

moreyoga.net will deliver the goods to the address for delivery indicated in your order. We always use reputed delivery services. Orders are usually dispatched within one to three working days after our order acceptance confirmation while stocks last. We will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order. Upon our acceptance of your order, the goods will be packed and dispatched and we will send you an email confirming the dispatch details (date, shipping reference number, etc.). All packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery. It is habitual for the dispatch companies to leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this may not always be the case. moreyoga will not take responsibility if a notification card is not left in. The risk in the goods will pass to you as soon as they are delivered to you.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation of receipt of your order. Please print this for your records. The charges for our delivery are:

 

All standard Spain/UK orders are sent via Correos/Royal Mail First Class and are signed for to ensure that your goods are traceable and insured. A signature is required upon receipt. We recommend you to use a daytime delivery address for your goods. If you are not in, the parcel service will leave a postcard for you, asking you to pick up the parcel at the nearest sorting office.

Please note: we are unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You will be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country. They will accurately calculate the total amount of customs and sales tax which is to be paid before you may receive your goods.

Once parcels have been dispatched we are unable to change the address.
